Britt isn’t just a visionary — she’s a powerhouse. With a sharp mind for business and a creative spirit to match, Britt has a natural gift for bringing ideas to life and turning concepts into culture. From strategy to style, her ability to see the bigger picture while handling the fine details is what’s helped Fifth Element Gems grow into the brand it is today.
Our journey started back in 2010 as friends, and by 2015, we took a leap of faith and launched Fifth Element Gems together — driven by passion, purpose, and a shared dream. Since then, Britt has worn just about every hat imaginable: spokesperson, jeweler, creative lead, model, and brand ambassador — sometimes all in one day. Her versatility and commitment are unmatched.
She’s the voice you hear, the face you see, and the hands behind many of our signature pieces. Britt’s presence brings strength, authenticity, and vision — and her ability to balance business with beauty is a major reason we continue to thrive.
